Aims of AOPA
AOPA-Malta is a voluntary, non-profit making organisation which constantly works to safeguard the interests of pilots and aircraft owners involved in General Aviation in Malta. AOPA-Malta is a member of IAOPA, the international chapter of AOPA. Through its worldwide network of AOPA member countries, IAOPA works incessantly to disseminate information, influence legislators and support individual associations whenever needed.
Globally AOPA has become the driving force behind General Aviation and is constantly striving to promote GA and the freedom of the skies. In many countries it is recognised as the official representative body for General Aviation and is consulted by regulators and authorities on key issues like safety, regulations etc.
AOPA-Malta President, and the rest of the board are committed to securing a future for General Aviation in Malta for the benefit of all who have flying at heart. We need your support.
